About Gary Gable 

Gary Gable graduated from San Jose State University majoring in Aviation and Business.  Gary has attended many real estate and trust courses and seminars. His passion has always been real estate investing and remodeling.

Early in his career, he realized that his properties and paycheck were vulnerable to lawsuits, so he began to study real estate trusts and asset protection strategies to protect himself and his family. He took courses to learn various protection strategies and became a Certified Trust Specialist.

As a commercial airline pilot, Gary flew for Trans World Airlines and American Airlines for 37 years. Time off between flights allowed him the opportunity to develop his real estate businesses.

Over the years Gary has been licensed as a General Contractor in California,

An Insurance Adjustor for Allstate Insurance for hurricanes Charlie, Francis and Ivan in Florida. He has also been a licensed real estate agent in Missouri, Florida, and Arizona and a professor at Arizona State University.

As a professional real estate investor, he began in the 1970s and has produced quality properties in all types of Real Estate.

Starting in California Gary began remodeling single family homes, apartments and commercial retail producing high quality and carefully appointed properties.  These properties were in San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, and Mission Viejo, CA.

In the mid 1980’s and 1990’s Gary remodeled and managed numerous single-family homes as well as condominiums in the St. Louis MO area.

In the early 2000’s Gary teamed with Arthur DeShetler to produce the highest quality custom new homes in Cape Coral, FL.

Gary continues to remodel, managed and sell properties in Naples Florida, Phoenix Arizona and Glendale, California.
